Q. Why don’t you ship to my country?
A. There are certain countries we are prohibited from shipping to either due to Australian Government or International regulations. We face massive fines and/or jail time if we sell to a company or person residing in one of the prohibited countries. It is even illegal for us to sell via an agent or shipping service if the end destination is, or profits or proceeds of sale go to a prohibited country.
The are other countries who we can no longer sell to due to regulations. Countries residing in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA) and Northern Ireland have adopted a series of regulations called General Product Safety Regulations (GPRS) that place an administrative burden requiring representation and compliance, which as a small business we cannot afford. The United Kingdom is currently also considering similar legislation and if passed, will mean we will also be unable to sell to people or businesses in the UK.
